电缆线是一种多芯导线，即在一个绝缘软管套内镶有多根相互绝缘的线芯。点来的种类很多，有电力电缆线、控制电缆线和通讯电缆线等，在电力系统中常用的电力电缆线和控制电缆线。这些电缆的型号及主要用途如下所示：

 

Cable is a kind of multi-core conductor, that is, there are many mutually insulated cores embedded in an insulating hose sleeve. There are many kinds of points, such as power cable, control cable and communication cable, which are commonly used in power system and control cable. The types and main uses of these cables are as follows:

YHZ型电缆线：中型橡套电缆：500V，电缆能承受相当机械外力；

 

YHZ cable: medium rubber sheathed cable: 500V, cable can withstand considerable mechanical external force;

 

YHC型电缆线：重型橡套电缆：500V，电缆能承受较大机械外力；

 

YHC cable: heavy rubber sheathed cable: 500V, cable can withstand greater mechanical external force;

 

YHH型电缆线：电焊机用橡套软电缆：供连接电源用；

 

YHH cable: rubber sheathed flexible cable for welding machine: for connecting power supply;

 

YHHR型电缆线：电焊机用橡套特软电缆：主要供连接卡头用；

 

YHHR cable: rubber sheathed extra soft cable for welding machine: mainly for connecting clamp head;

 

KVV系列电缆线：聚氯乙烯绝缘及护套控制电缆：用于固定敷设，供交流500V及以下或直流1000V及以下配电装置，作为仪表电器连接用；

VV系列电缆线：铜芯聚氯乙烯绝缘及护套电力电缆：用于固定敷设，供交流500V及以下或直流1000V一下电力电路；

电力电缆是用来输送和分配大功率电能的导线。电缆的结构电缆由缆芯、绝缘层和防护层三个主要部分组成的，如右图（a）所示。

 

Power cable is used to transmit and distribute high-power electric energy. The cable structure consists of three main parts: core, insulating layer and protective layer, as shown in the right figure (a).

 

 

 

缆芯：通常采用高电导率的铜或铝制成，截面有圆形、半圆形、扁形等多种，有统一的标称等级。线芯有单心、二心、四芯等几种。单芯和双芯电缆一般用来输送直流电和单相交流电；三芯电缆用来输送三相交流电；四芯电缆（中性线线芯截面较小）用于中性点接地三相四线制配电系统中。

 

Core: Usually made of copper or aluminum with high conductivity, the cross-section is round, semi-circular, flat and so on, with a unified nominal grade. There are single core, two core, four core and so on. Single-core and double-core cables are generally used to convey DC and single-phase AC; three-core cables are used to convey three-phase AC; four-core cables (smaller cross-section of neutral core) are used in three-phase four-wire distribution system with neutral grounding.

 

 

 

绝缘层：电缆的绝缘层通常用纸、橡皮、塑料制成，作用是将线芯与线芯、线芯与保护层互相隔开和绝缘。

 

Insulation layer: The insulation layer of cable is usually made of paper, rubber and plastic. Its function is to separate and insulate the core from the core, the core from the protective layer.

 

 

 

保护层：保护层电缆外的保护层是保护线芯和绝缘层的，分内保护层和外保护层。内保护层保护绝缘层不受潮湿，并防止电缆浸渍剂外流，常用铝（铅）、塑料、橡套做成。外保护层保护着内保护层不受机械损伤和化学腐蚀，常用的有沥青麻护层、钢带（丝）铠装护层等几种。至于无外保护层的电缆，裸铝包电缆，则用于可能只有机械损伤和无化学腐蚀的地方。

 

Protective layer: The protective layer outside the protective layer cable is the protective core and insulation layer, which is divided into internal protective layer and external protective layer. The inner protective layer protects the insulating layer from dampness and prevents the outflow of cable impregnating agent. It is usually made of aluminium (lead), plastic and rubber sheath. The outer protective layer protects the inner protective layer from mechanical damage and chemical corrosion. The commonly used protective layers are asphalt linen layer and steel belt (wire) armoured layer. For cables without external protection, bare aluminium-clad cables are used where only mechanical damage and no chemical corrosion may occur.

 

 

 

控制电缆

 

Control cable

 

控制电缆：控制电缆是在配电装置中传导操作电流、连接电气仪表及继电保护和自动控制回路用的。其构造与电力电缆相似，如图上有图（b）所示，这种电缆属于低压电缆，运行电压一般在交流500伏直流1000一伏以下。因电流不大，且是间断负荷，所以截面较小，一般为1.5～10mm2，按缘材料可分为油浸纸绝缘控制电缆，橡胶绝缘控制电缆和聚氯乙烯绝缘控制电缆三种。

 

Control cable: The control cable is used for conducting operation current, connecting electrical instruments, relay protection and automatic control circuit in distribution equipment. Its structure is similar to that of power cables. As shown in the figure (b) above, this kind of cable belongs to low voltage cables, and its operating voltage is generally less than 1000 volts of AC 500 volts and DC. Because the current is small and the load is discontinuous, the cross section is small, generally 1.5-10 mm2. According to the edge material, it can be divided into oil-immersed paper insulated control cable, rubber insulated control cable and PVC insulated control cable.
